An Intel Xeon D-1726 processor and 8 GB of DDR4 ECC memory power file, virtualization and backup workloads. Dual redundant power supplies protect uptime against a single supply failure.

The jump is worthwhile when a department or branch office needs more than eight drive bays, hardware RAID redundancy and 10 GbE connectivity in a single 2U chassis.
