The Synology RS826+ is a 1U rackmount network-attached storage server built for edge locations, remote offices and growing business environments. It ships fully assembled and tested with four 20 TB Synology Plus drives for 80 TB of raw capacity. A 2.2 GHz AMD Ryzen V1500B four-core, eight-thread processor and 4 GB of DDR4 ECC memory handle file services and virtualization workloads.
Four 1GbE ports, PCIe Gen3 slot, four drive bays
Four integrated 1 GbE RJ-45 ports support Link Aggregation for load balancing and automatic failover. A PCIe Gen3 expansion slot accepts compatible 10 GbE or 25 GbE adapters when bandwidth demands increase. Two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports provide direct-attached backup or peripheral connectivity. The four bays accept 3.5-inch SATA hard drives or 2.5-inch SATA SSDs for flexible media choices.
