A 2.2 GHz AMD Ryzen V1500B four-core processor and 8GB DDR4 ECC memory provide the compute base for file services and virtualization workloads. Four drive bays accept 3.5-inch SATA hard drives or 2.5-inch SATA SSDs. This unit ships fully assembled with four 8TB Synology Plus drives and 1.6TB of enterprise cache.

The chassis operates between 0°C and 35°C with humidity tolerance from 5% to 95% non-condensing. Power input accepts 100-240 VAC at 50/60Hz through a single AC cord. Four integrated 1GbE RJ-45 ports handle network traffic with Link Aggregation for load balancing and failover. A PCIe Gen3 slot remains available for future 10GbE or 25GbE adapter upgrades.
