The Archer T5E is a PCI Express wireless adapter that adds dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 to a desktop computer. It fits a standard or low-profile slot and supports Windows 10 and Windows 11. Two detachable external antennas are included for signal positioning.

AC1200 throughput with 867 Mbps on 5 GHz

The adapter delivers up to 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band, giving a combined AC1200 rating. Real-world throughput will be lower and depends on router capability, channel width, interference and distance from the access point.

PCIe interface and Bluetooth 5.0 limits

The card uses a PCI Express slot for host connection; bandwidth is governed by the slot generation present on the motherboard. Bluetooth 5.0 provides 2.5 times the speed and 10 times the packet capacity of Bluetooth 4.2, but range and stability still depend on the paired device and environment.
