WAN Aggregation Limited to Eleven Active Links

Load balancing distributes traffic across up to 11 WAN ports, while the USB 3.0 port accepts an LTE dongle for mobile broadband failover. Two 2.5 Gbps RJ45 ports and eight Gigabit RJ45 ports handle fixed-line circuits, and two Gigabit SFP cages add fibre uplinks. Total concurrent WAN capacity cannot exceed eleven active links plus the USB interface.

Replaces Single-WAN Routers When Redundancy Matters

The jump is worth it when a site needs automatic failover across several ISPs or when VPN tunnels must terminate on a device that also runs DPI and IPS/IDS. It does not suit buyers who want more storage, integrated wireless access points or PoE switching on the same chassis.
