Portable 80Gbps NVMe Enclosure
The Wavlink WL-UTE51 is an aluminium enclosure that turns a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe 2280 SSD into an 80Gbps USB4 V2 external drive. It connects over Thunderbolt 5 or USB4 V2 and includes a 25cm Thunderbolt 5 cable, a thermal pad and a magnetic top cover for tool-free installation. The unit measures 12.3x5.8x1.9cm and weighs 200g.

The enclosure draws all power from the host, so the USB-C port must support 15W or higher Power Delivery; without it the drive will not function. Compatible with Windows 11 23H2 build 22631.3235 or later and macOS 15.2 or later.
