True On-Line UPS for Critical Equipment

The MINUTEMAN EC2000LCD is a 2000VA 1800W double-conversion tower UPS designed for data centres, voice and data communications, security systems and light industrial applications. It accepts a 0-160VAC input range at 50/60Hz and provides pure sinewave output at 120V with a 0.9 power factor. Eight controllable NEMA 5-15/20R outlets are arranged in two banks for managed load shedding.

Thermals, Noise and Power Draw

The unit operates from 0 to 40°C and stores from -10 to 50°C. Economy Mode improves efficiency for normal use while maintaining voltage regulation. Sealed lead-acid batteries recharge to 90% in 8 hours and are hot-swappable via the BM0077 module. Independent Battery Bypass delivers surge protection and voltage regulation even with depleted or absent batteries. Surge energy rating is 254 Joules.

Sustained Load Behaviour

At full 1800W load the battery provides 3 minutes of runtime; at half load it extends to 10 minutes. Extended runtime capability is supported for longer backup requirements. Transfer time is 0 ns, ensuring uninterrupted power during outages. Output frequency holds at 50/60Hz ±0.2Hz unless synchronised to the line. The unit carries cULus, FCC Class A, CE and RoHS2 approvals.
