The MSI PRO Z790-P motherboard supports Intel Core 12th, 13th and 14th generation processors along with Pentium Gold and Celeron chips. Dual-channel DDR5 memory scales from JEDEC 4800 MHz up to 7000 MHz when overclocked. Maximum supported capacity reaches 256 GB for demanding workloads.

ATX layout with PCIe 5.0 and 2.5 Gbps LAN

An ATX form factor provides three PCIe x16 slots and one x1 slot, with the primary slot wired for PCIe 5.0 x16 from the CPU. Storage connectivity includes four M.2 interfaces and six SATA ports. Rear I/O supplies 2.5 Gbps Ethernet, HDMI, DisplayPort and a mix of USB 2.0, 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps Type-A ports plus a front-panel USB 20 Gbps Type-C header.

Boxed accessories for immediate assembly
