128 GB DDR5 5600 ECC RDIMM kit

This 128 GB kit contains four 32 GB DDR5 5600 registered DIMMs with ECC and a CL46 latency. It is built for the SuperMicro B13SEE-CPU-25G motherboard and targets servers or workstations that require registered memory with error correction.

Registered 288-pin modules without heat spreaders

Each module uses a 2Rx8 organisation and runs at 1.10 V. The registered design adds a buffer that reduces electrical load on the memory controller, while the bare PCB fits tightly spaced server DIMM slots where tall heat spreaders would interfere with adjacent components.

DDR5 5600 registered ECC constraints

The registered interface and ECC function only on platforms that explicitly support DDR5 RDIMMs; consumer boards that accept only unbuffered UDIMMs will not post with these modules. The CL46 timing and 5600 MT/s rate are fixed by the SPD profile, so the kit cannot be run at higher speeds or lower latencies on this platform.
