This 1 TB kit contains eight 128 GB DDR4 3200 CL22 ECC load-reduced DIMMs built for HP ProLiant DL385 Gen10 Plus, DL385 Gen10 Plus v2, DX360 Gen10 Plus and DX385 Gen10 Plus servers. It is designed for workloads that need large memory capacity with error correction.

Load-reduced DDR4 limits

Load-reduced modules reduce electrical load on the memory bus so more ranks can be populated per channel, but they cannot be mixed with unbuffered or standard registered ECC DIMMs. The kit runs at 1.2 V and supports backward-compatible speeds of 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MT/s when the platform requires it.

Pre-installation checks

Verify that every memory slot you plan to fill accepts 4Rx4 288-pin LRDIMMs and that the server BIOS is current enough to recognise 128 GB modules. Do not install these in standard desktop or workstation boards that only support unbuffered or registered memory.
