288-pin LRDIMM form factor

Each module uses the 288-pin load-reduced interface that reduces electrical load on the server memory bus. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the chassis must handle thermal management. The kit cannot be mixed with unbuffered or standard registered ECC DIMMs, and it will not work in desktop or consumer platforms.
