This 128GB kit contains eight 16GB registered DDR4 modules built for Dell PowerEdge R430, R530, R630, R730, R730xd, R830 and R930 rack servers. Each module runs at 2400MHz with CL17 latency at 1.20V. The 2Rx4 organisation and ECC registration suit virtualisation hosts and database nodes that demand data integrity.

Sustained throughput with registered ECC stability

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all eight DIMMs to operate together without signal degradation during long compute runs.
