DDR3L 1333MHz registered DIMM limits

The DDR3L interface caps transfer rates at PC3L-10600 and requires a 240-pin registered slot with ECC support. Registered signalling adds a clock cycle of latency versus unbuffered modules, so throughput is bound by the 1333MHz bus and the platform memory controller. Mixed-voltage or non-ECC boards cannot use this module.
