8GB DDR4 2133MHz ECC registered DIMM with CL15 latency for server upgrades
This 8 GB registered DIMM targets servers and workstations that require error-correcting memory for data integrity. The module delivers DDR4 2133 performance with CL15 latency at the standard 1.2 V operating voltage.
The registered design adds one clock cycle of latency to every command, which is the practical limit of the RDIMM interface for single-rank modules. Systems must support registered memory; unbuffered consumer boards will not accept this DIMM.
A single 8 GB stick handles typical virtualisation hosts and database nodes that fit within one rank per channel. Workloads needing more than 8 GB per slot or higher bandwidth than PC4-17000 will require additional modules or faster memory.

This module uses a 1Rx8 single-rank organisation, which places less electrical load on the memory controller and can allow higher total capacities on platforms with limited rank-per-channel limits.
The module runs at DDR4 2133 MT/s, providing a peak transfer rate of PC4-17000 bandwidth while operating at the standard 1.2V DDR4 voltage.
The registered DIMM interface adds a clock cycle of buffering, capping command rate to 1T and ensuring signal integrity at the rated 2133MHz across all populated slots.
