The ASRock A520M-ITX/AC fits the AM4 socket and targets compact systems using 3rd-gen Ryzen 3000 or 4000 series CPUs. It excludes the Ryzen 5 3400G and Ryzen 3 3200G. The A520 chipset provides a compact foundation with integrated 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the rear I/O.

VRM and chipset thermals stay stable in a tight case
The single PCIe 3.0 x16 slot and one Ultra M.2 2280 socket (PCIe Gen3 x4 or SATA) share the A520 chipset thermal budget. Under sustained load the compact VRM and passive chipset heatsink rely on case airflow. Four SATA3 6.0 Gb/s ports with RAID 0/1/10 and a Realtek 1 Gbps LAN complete the I/O.
