BFKK ConnectX-7 NDR200 Adapter

The BFKK ConnectX-7 card provides a single OSFP port running at 200 Gb/s InfiniBand NDR200 with full backwards compatibility down to SDR. It also supports Ethernet speeds from 1 Gb/s up to 200 Gb/s. The PCIe 5.0 x16 interface delivers 32 GT/s SERDES bandwidth. This adapter targets high-performance compute clusters and storage fabrics that require low-latency, high-throughput connectivity.

PCIe 5.0 x16 Half-Height Form Factor

The card fits a standard half-height, half-length slot measuring 2.71 inches by 6.6 inches and ships with a tall bracket for full-height chassis. It draws 12 V and 3.3 V auxiliary power with a maximum current of 100 mA. The OSFP cage supplies up to 17 W for optical modules, though active cooling for that power is not included. Secure boot is supported and no cryptographic offload is present.

Sustained Operation 0°C to 55°C

Rated for continuous operation between 0 °C and 55 °C at 10 % to 85 % relative humidity, the adapter maintains link stability across long runs. Automatic negotiation handles NDR200 dual 100 Gb/s lanes, HDR, HDR100, EDR, FDR and SDR widths without manual intervention. The InfiniBand 1.5a protocol stack ensures deterministic behaviour under heavy, sustained traffic loads.
