The fitting is supplied as a single G1/4" Matt Black 3/8" compression piece; sealing rings are integrated into the design so no separate O-rings are required.

My tubing is 3/8" ID with 1/2" OD — will the 15 mm barb depth seal correctly?

The 15 mm barb is made for 3/8" ID tubing; if your tube has a 1/2" outer diameter the wall thickness differs and the fitting will not seal properly.
