Server storage array
This pack supplies ten Dell HUC101812CSS204 drives, each a 1.2TB 10000RPM SAS 12Gb/s unit with a 128MB buffer. They fit 2.5-inch bays in compatible Gen13 PowerEdge servers such as the R330, R430, R530, R630, R730, R730xd, R930, T330, T430, T530 and T630. The high spindle speed targets transactional workloads that demand low latency.
Included caddy tray
Every drive ships with a Gen13 PowerEdge caddy that locks directly into the supported server chassis. The tray removes the need to source separate mounting hardware and ensures correct alignment with the backplane. Installation becomes a simple slide-and-lock action during maintenance windows.
SAS 12Gb/s interface limit
The 12Gb/s SAS link caps sustained throughput at the bus rate, so sequential performance cannot exceed that ceiling. Random I/O benefits from the 10000RPM rotation but remains bound by mechanical seek time.
