This 2U rack server ships with two Intel Gold 6126 processors, each running at 2.6GHz with 12 cores. It includes 512GB of DDR4 memory across sixteen 32GB modules. Six 960GB SATA SSDs are installed in the front bays. The system is aimed at organisations that need dense compute and storage in a standard rack footprint.

PCIe Gen 3 and 2.5-inch Bay Limits

The chassis provides up to eight PCIe Gen 3 expansion slots for additional controllers or network cards. Storage is limited to eight 2.5-inch drive bays, of which six are already populated with SSDs. The H730P RAID controller manages the installed drives and any further SATA devices added to the remaining bays. No optical drive bay is present.

Rack Depth Power and Remote Access Checks

Verify that your rack can accommodate the server depth and that 1100W redundant power supplies match your PDU connectors. The iDRAC9 Enterprise module requires a dedicated management network port for remote console and firmware updates. Ensure the two 10Gb RJ45 and two 1Gb RJ45 ports on the NDC align with your switch infrastructure.
