The Dell PowerEdge R750 is a 2U rack server built around two Intel Xeon Gold 5317 processors, each running at 3.0 GHz with twelve cores. It ships with 128 GB of DDR4 registered ECC memory across eight 16 GB modules. Twenty-four 1.92 TB SATA solid-state drives provide high-capacity flash storage. The system targets organisations running virtualised workloads, databases or analytics that need dense compute and storage in a standard rack footprint.

Dual 1400 W platinum supplies

Two 1400 watt platinum-efficiency power supplies operate in a redundant hot-swap configuration, so a single unit can sustain the server if its partner fails. The H755 RAID controller includes an 8 GB non-volatile cache backed by a battery, protecting in-flight data during unexpected power loss. Dell iDRAC 9 Enterprise gives administrators remote power control and thermal monitoring without needing physical access to the rack.

24-bay 2.5 inch chassis with quad 1 GbE OCP card

The front panel holds twenty-four 2.5 inch drive bays, all populated with the included enterprise SSDs.
