It ships with 3 TB of DDR4 registered ECC memory across 96 DIMM slots and four 1.8 TB 10K SAS drives on a PERC H730P controller. The platform targets memory-intensive workloads such as in-memory databases, large-scale virtualization and analytics.

Memory and storage scaling limits

The system supports up to 12 TB of DDR4 across its 96 slots, allowing significant headroom beyond the installed 3 TB. Internal drive bays accommodate up to 24 hot-plug 2.5-inch SAS or SATA devices plus eight front-accessible NVMe PCIe SSDs.
