Dual-socket Xeon E5-2695 v4 server

The Dell PowerEdge T430 is a 5U rack server equipped with two Intel Xeon E5-2695 v4 processors running at 2.1 GHz with a 3.3 GHz turbo frequency. Each CPU provides eighteen cores for a total of thirty-six cores across the system. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4-2400 ECC registered memory are installed across two modules. It is designed for virtualization, database hosting and business-critical workloads.

Sixteen-bay storage and expansion

The chassis provides sixteen hot-swap 2.5-inch drive trays connected to a Dell PERC H330 12 Gb/s SAS/SATA storage controller. No drives are installed, leaving the bays free for SAS, SATA or SSD media. Twelve DDR4 memory slots are available with a maximum capacity of 384 GB for future upgrades. An integrated dual-port Gigabit Ethernet adapter handles network connectivity while iDRAC 8 Express provides remote management.

Redundant platinum power supplies

Two hot-plug 750 W platinum-efficiency power supplies deliver redundant power for continuous operation. The redundant design allows one unit to be replaced without shutting down the server. Front bezel and ready rails are not included with this unit.
