SATA III 6 Gb/s Storage Interface

The four 1.92 TB SSDs connect through a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface managed by the MR408i-o Gen11 controller with 4 GB cache. SATA III caps sequential throughput at 6 Gb/s, which limits peak transfer rates compared with PCIe-based alternatives. The controller uses an OCP 3.0 form factor with x8 lanes and supports SPDM for drive security. Hot-swappable power supplies maintain availability during drive or module replacement.
