The Intel NUC14RVHU7 is a tall-form mini PC barebone built around the Core Ultra 7 155H processor with 16 cores and 22 threads. It integrates Intel Arc graphics and the first on-package NPU for low-power AI tasks such as video-conference background effects. The chassis measures 117 x 112 x 54 mm and includes a 120 W 19 V adapter with 12 V–20 V DC input support. It targets developers and professionals who need local inference acceleration in a VESA-mountable footprint.
Step up from older NUCs
This unit replaces earlier NUC barebones that lacked an NPU and topped out at lower memory ceilings. The jump is worth it when workloads benefit from the integrated AI engine, dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, and 2.5 GbE LAN. Builders who only need basic office compute or who require discrete GPU performance will not use the NPU or Arc graphics and should consider simpler platforms.
Limits of DDR5 5600 and M.2 slots

Storage uses one M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe slot and one M.2 2242 PCIe x4 NVMe slot; no 2.5-inch bay is provided.
