The Khadas VIM3 Basic is a single-board computer built around the Amlogic A311D system-on-chip. It targets makers and developers who need edge AI inference in a compact 12 nm design. The board delivers 5.0 TOPS of INT8 neural-network performance for TensorFlow and Caffe workloads. It suits projects that require dual-display output and rich I/O without a full desktop chassis.

Stackable design with PCIe or USB 3.0

A 40-pin GPIO header exposes USB, I2C, I2S, UART and ADC signals for custom add-ons. The M.2 connector accepts an NVMe 2280 SSD on a single PCIe lane, while a software switch toggles the interface to USB 3.0 instead.
