The myVolts S-500-24 is a 24V 20.8A 500W switch-mode power supply driver designed for industrial automation, LED displays, CCTV, radio equipment and 3D printers. It accepts AC 110V or 220V input with a ±15% tolerance and delivers a regulated DC 24V output with an adjustable voltage trim. The unit features overload, overvoltage and short-circuit protection and has passed a 100% full-load burn-in test.
Suited for fixed 24V DC loads up to 20.8A
This supply fits builders who need a protected 24V rail for LED light bars, automation controllers or printer heated beds in a 0°C to 40°C operating range. It is not intended for builders who require ATX-standard connectors for PC motherboards, multiple voltage rails, or a unit certified for continuous operation above 40°C ambient.
Aluminium chassis with natural convection cooling
The aluminium alloy enclosure measures approximately 85 x 58 x 33 mm and relies on passive cooling, so it needs free airflow around the case. Terminal blocks provide L and N for AC input, GND and V for DC output, plus an ADJ terminal for fine voltage adjustment. No fan headers or modular cables are included, freeing internal space in compact enclosures.
