This 16GB DDR4 SODIMM is built for the POSIFLEX XT-6515 JIVA fanless point-of-sale terminal. It installs in the single 260-pin slot to give the system a full 16GB of working memory. The module targets IT teams that maintain POS fleets and need a validated, system-specific upgrade.
