DDR5 ECC registered interface

The DDR5 ECC registered interface adds on-die error correction and a register to reduce electrical load on the memory bus. This improves signal integrity at speed but requires a motherboard chipset that supports registered DDR5. Systems limited to unbuffered memory or earlier DDR generations cannot use these modules.
