This NEMIX RAM kit supplies 64GB of DDR4 memory in a matched pair of 32GB modules. It is built for the POSIFLEX ZT-3716 terminal and uses the 260-pin SODIMM form factor. The modules run at 3200MHz with a CL22 latency at 1.20V.

The kit fits the Haydn ZT Series point-of-sale platform exactly as specified. It is not ECC memory and it is unbuffered, so it will not work in systems that require registered or error-correcting modules. Buyers needing ECC or registered DIMMs should look elsewhere.
