This kit provides 64GB of DDR4 3200 memory in two 32GB modules. It is built for Thinkmate RAX-XS4-11E3 rackmount servers that require ECC unbuffered DIMMs. The modules run at 1.2V with a CAS latency of CL22.
Unbuffered ECC limits and DDR4 3200 ceiling
Unbuffered ECC memory works only on platforms that support ECC without registered buffers. The DDR4 3200 rating sets the maximum JEDEC speed; the system will not run this kit faster without overclocking. Capacity is fixed at 64GB across the two slots used.
288-pin UDIMM form factor and chip-level reliability
Each module uses a 288-pin UDIMM edge connector and 2Rx8 organisation with major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the server chassis must cool the DRAM directly. The kit is validated for the listed Thinkmate platform.
