Capacity and Compatibility
This kit delivers 768 GB of DDR4 memory across six 128 GB RDIMM modules. It is built for Thinkmate RAX-PT10-11A1, RAX-PT8-12A1 and RAX-PT12-12A1 rackmount servers that require registered ECC memory.
Registered ECC and Rank
The modules run at DDR4 3200 with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation. Registered buffering and ECC are mandatory for the target platforms; consumer UDIMM or non-ECC memory will not work in these systems.
Installation Notes
Six 288-pin RDIMMs must populate the server's memory slots in the order specified by the Thinkmate service manual. The 4Rx4 rank density can limit maximum capacity per channel, so verify the supported population rules before fitting all six modules.
