This 768GB kit contains six 128GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs built for ThinkMate TWX-QS8-14E4 and TWX-QS8-24E4 tower servers. It targets administrators who need maximum memory capacity for virtualisation, databases or high-performance computing workloads.
Registered DDR5 for multi-socket servers
Each module is a 288-pin 4Rx4 ECC RDIMM running at 1.1V with CL40 latency. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all six modules to operate together in supported ThinkMate platforms without additional configuration.
Replaces lower-capacity DDR5 RDIMM sets
