The NH-U9S is a 125mm tall CPU air cooler built around a 92mm NF-A9 fan. Its 95x95mm footprint avoids overhanging RAM or PCIe slots on most current Intel and AMD motherboards. This makes it a practical choice for HTPC, ITX and other small form factor systems where space is limited.

SecuFirm2 mounting with offset option for AMD

Installation uses the included SecuFirm2 multi-socket system, which supports Intel LGA1851, LGA1700, LGA1200, LGA115x and AMD AM5 plus AM4. An offset mounting option is provided for AMD platforms to improve thermal efficiency. Builders who need a second fan for dual-fan mode must purchase an additional NF-A9 separately.

PWM fan scales from 400 to 2000 RPM under load

The NF-A9 PWM fan runs between 400 and 2000 RPM, delivering up to 46.44 CFM at 22.8 dB(A) in standard mode. With the supplied Low-Noise Adaptor the maximum drops to 1550 RPM, 36.84 CFM and 16.3 dB(A) for quieter sustained operation. The copper base with five heatpipes and nickel-plated aluminium fins transfers heat steadily during extended workloads.
