This OWC kit delivers 128 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory in a matched pair of 64 GB modules. It is built for servers, workstations and NAS systems that require registered DIMMs with error correction. Standard desktop boards cannot use this memory. Mixing it with unbuffered DIMMs is not supported.

Dual Channel 288 Pin Kit

The two modules populate a dual channel configuration on 288 pin DDR4 slots running at 1.2 V. Backward compatibility lets the kit operate at 2133 MHz or 2400 MHz if the platform requires a lower speed. No heat spreader is fitted so clearance inside dense chassis is maximised.

128 GB Registered Capacity
