The Partaker A20 integrates a 15-inch IP65-rated resistive touchscreen with an Intel Core i7-10510U processor, 32 GB DDR4 memory and a 512 GB SATA SSD. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment. Fanless aluminium alloy construction enables silent 7×24 operation in harsh environments.

Wide-voltage Phoenix input and legacy I/O

A 9–36 V DC Phoenix connector replaces standard mains leads, letting the unit run directly from industrial power buses. Two RS232/422/485 COM ports, dual Intel gigabit LAN, HDMI, four USB 3.0 ports and audio jacks connect PLCs, HMIs and sensors without adapters. TPM 2.0 secures boot and encryption keys.

32 GB memory ceiling and dual-drive headroom

The single SODIMM slot is already populated at the 32 GB maximum, so RAM cannot be expanded further. An M.2 2280 SATA slot and a 2.5-inch SATA bay remain open, supporting RAID 0 or 1 for additional capacity or redundancy when the 512 GB boot drive fills.
