Freezee compound rated at 14.8 W/m·K conductivity ships in the box, removing the need for a separate paste purchase. Revised mounting hardware simplifies installation on current AMD and Intel platforms. The fan uses a hydro bearing and runs at 800 to 2200 RPM with PWM control.

152mm height and vertical fan mounting
