32 GB DDR3L 1600 ECC load-reduced DIMM runs at 1.35 V for server memory expansion
This 32 GB DDR3L module runs at 1600 MT/s with a 1.35 V operating voltage. It uses a 240-pin form factor and a load-reduced 4Rx4 organisation with ECC. The part is Supermicro certified and intended for server platforms that require registered DDR3L memory.
DDR3L voltage reduces power consumption compared with standard DDR3 at the same frequency. The load-reduced buffer lowers electrical loading on the memory bus, which helps system stability in dense configurations. No active cooling is present on the module itself.
This module replaces lower-capacity DDR3L RDIMMs or LRDIMMs in servers that support 4Rx4 registered memory. The jump is worthwhile when the platform can address 32 GB per slot and the workload benefits from the higher density and ECC protection. Builders needing unbuffered or non-ECC DDR3L cannot use this part.

Align the notch on the module with the key in the 240-pin slot, press firmly until both retention clips click, then verify the BIOS recognises the full 32 GB capacity and 4Rx4 organisation.
No routine maintenance is required; keep air-flow paths clear so the 1.35 V modules stay cool, and replace only if memory diagnostics report uncorrectable ECC errors.
The 1600 MT/s data rate and four-rank density cap total memory bandwidth, so throughput plateaus before the 1.35 V thermal envelope is reached.
