It delivers 10/100/1000 Mbps connectivity on every RJ45 port and a 48 Gbps switching fabric for wire-speed forwarding. GREENnet technology reduces power draw while a fanless design ensures silent operation. The unit suits small offices or workgroups needing reliable Layer 2 expansion.

Upgrade from Fast Ethernet or smaller switches

Replacing 10/100 Mbps hubs or older 8- and 16-port switches removes bottlenecks for file transfers, backups and VoIP. The jump is worth it when concurrent Gigabit links saturate existing uplinks or when Jumbo Frame support up to 9216 bytes can lower CPU overhead on NAS traffic.
