The Zalman STC7 thermal paste comes in a two-pack of 4 g syringes with a thermal conductivity of 7.2 W/m·K and viscosity of 220 Pa.s. It is designed for CPU and GPU applications on all cooler types using silicone oil, alumina, aluminum and zinc oxide. The gray compound is electrically non-conductive and RoHS compliant for system safety.

Upgrading from lower-conductivity pastes
