This 8GB DDR4 2133 module adds ECC unbuffered memory to compatible server and workstation platforms. It runs at PC4-17000 speed with CL15 latency and 1.20V standard voltage. The single-rank 1Rx8 organisation uses major-brand chips on a 288-pin DIMM. It is sold new as a direct replacement for HP part numbers 803660-091, 819880-B21 and 823170-001.
Replaces non-ECC or lower-capacity UDIMMs
Swapping standard unbuffered DIMMs for this ECC version adds single-bit error correction without requiring registered memory support.
