12-Core Workstation for CAD and Simulation

This desktop targets engineers and designers who run SolidWorks, CAM or CAE workloads. The twelve-core AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D at 4.4 GHz base clock pairs with 128 GB DDR5 and an NVIDIA RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell carrying 48 GB of VRAM. Storage combines two 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drives in RAID with a 10 TB mechanical drive. Windows 11 Pro 64-bit ships pre-installed.

Pre-Assembled Liquid-Cooled Build

The system arrives fully assembled inside an Antec P20 mid-tower with a 240 mm AIO cooler already mounted on the AM5 socket. Front-panel connectivity includes USB 3.0, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and audio jacks. Internal bays provide two 3.5"/2.5" slots and two dedicated 2.5" mounts. The 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze PSU uses a 140 mm fan; cable routing space is limited behind the motherboard tray.

PCIe 4.0 NVMe and 2.5G Ethernet Limits

Sequential NVMe throughput peaks at 7 450 MB/s read and 6 900 MB/s write per drive, capped by the PCIe 4.0 x4 link. The motherboard supplies four M.2 connectors and two SATA 6 Gb/s ports for further expansion. Network connectivity relies on a single Intel 2.5G Ethernet port and Wi-Fi 7 2x2 wireless; no 10 GbE option is present. The GPU occupies a PCI Express x16 slot, leaving remaining slots for add-in cards.
