This Athena Power enclosure holds two M-key NVMe SSDs in 2242, 2260 or 2280 lengths behind a full-height PCIe bracket. It connects to the host through two Oculink 4i ports and uses mini 4-pin power connectors for each drive. The aluminium frame and stainless-steel tray include anti-vibration springs and a key-locked front bezel.

It is worth the change when the platform provides PCIe 3.0 or 4.0 x4 lanes per drive through Oculink and the builder wants tool-free swap capability without opening the chassis. Sustained thermal behaviour
