Half-Width Compute Sled

The Dell PowerEdge MX760C is a half-width blade server built for dense compute clusters. Dual Intel Gold 6438Y+ processors deliver 32 cores each at 2.0GHz with 60M cache. 256GB of DDR4 memory across 16 modules supports memory-intensive workloads. It fits organisations consolidating virtualisation or HPC tasks into a shared MX chassis.

Storage And Network Ready

Four 2.4TB 10K SAS drives install directly into the sled’s six 2.5-inch bays under an H755 MX RAID controller. A Marvell FastLinQ 41262 mezzanine card adds dual 25Gb connectivity without consuming a fabric slot. iDRAC9 Express provides out-of-band management for firmware updates and remote console access. No optical drive is included.

Fabric Slots Not Included

The sled reserves two general-purpose fabric pairs (Fabrics A and B) and one storage fabric pair (Fabric C) for separate switch or pass-through modules. Those modules are not supplied, so buyers must source compatible fabric cards to enable network or storage connectivity. The six drive bays limit internal expansion to two additional 2.5-inch devices.
