The Dell PowerEdge MX760C is a half-width blade that delivers two Intel Gold 6438Y+ processors, each running at 2.0 GHz with 32 cores and 60 MB cache. It targets data-centre workloads that need dense, scalable CPU resources in a modular chassis.

Modular fabric-ready design

The blade occupies a single half-width slot and connects through up to two redundant fabric pairs for general-purpose switching plus a dedicated storage fabric bay. Six 2.5-inch drive bays are populated with 1.92 TB SATA SSDs managed by an H755 MX controller, while a Marvell FastLinQ 41262 mezzanine provides dual 25 Gb connectivity.

Sustained multi-threaded throughput

With 64 total cores and 128 GB of DDR4 memory at 4800 MT/s, the platform maintains consistent performance across parallel workloads such as virtualisation, database serving and high-performance computing.
