This 2U rack server ships with two Intel Gold 6126 processors, each delivering 12 cores at 2.6GHz, and 64GB of DDR4 memory in a four-module configuration. It targets organisations that need dense compute for virtualisation, database or container workloads within a standard 19-inch rack. The chassis provides eight 2.5-inch drive bays and up to eight PCIe Gen 3 expansion slots for additional I/O.

Rack space power and network readiness

Verify that your rack can accommodate a 2U unit and that redundant 1100W power feeds are available on the PDU. The onboard Intel X550 controller presents two 10Gb RJ45 and two 1Gb RJ45 ports, so confirm your top-of-rack switches support the required copper links. Remote management uses iDRAC9 Enterprise over a dedicated network connection.

Included rails bezel and RAID controller

Sliding rails and a front bezel without LCD are supplied, simplifying physical installation in compatible racks. The H730P RAID controller manages the two pre-installed 960GB SAS SSDs and any additional drives you populate in the remaining bays. No optical drive is fitted, so operating-system deployment must use network boot or USB media.
