The Dell PowerEdge R740xd chassis holds up to 24 small-form-factor drives in a 2U rackmount frame. Two Xeon Gold 6152 CPUs and 512 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory are installed. A PERC H730P RAID controller and dual 1100 W power supplies are included. Remote management is provided by iDRAC9 with an Enterprise licence.
