Dual Xeon Gold 6426Y server

This 2U rack system ships with two Intel Xeon Gold 6426Y processors, each running at 2.5 GHz with a 4.1 GHz turbo frequency. Sixteen cores per CPU give 32 total cores for virtualization, AI inference or database workloads. The unit includes 512 GB of DDR5-4800 ECC registered memory across 16 populated slots. It is built for enterprises that need dense compute in a standard rack footprint.

Storage controller and drive bays

A Dell PERC H965i front RAID controller with 8 GB NV cache manages up to sixteen 2.5-inch hot-swap bays supporting SAS, SATA and NVMe drives. Four drive trays are included, leaving twelve bays available for expansion. The controller supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 for flexible data protection. An OCP 3.0 quad-port 1 GbE network card provides connectivity. Integrated iDRAC9 Datacenter enables remote lifecycle management.

Dual 1400 W platinum power supplies

Two hot-swap 1400 W platinum-efficiency power supplies deliver redundant power for continuous operation. The 2U chassis uses Dell's thermal design to cool both CPUs, memory and the controller under sustained load. Acoustic output is managed by variable-speed fans that respond to inlet temperature and component utilisation. The platform supports 4th and 5th generation Xeon Scalable processors for future upgrades within the same LGA 4677 socket.
