Copilot+ PC for business users

The HP OmniBook X is a new business laptop built around the Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor with 8 cores and integrated Intel Arc 140V graphics. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and is marketed as a Copilot+ PC, meaning on-device AI acceleration is a core design focus. The 16GB LPDDR5X memory runs at 8533 MT/s and is soldered, so it cannot be upgraded later.

Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C port limits

Connectivity centres on a single Thunderbolt 4 USB-C port and one additional USB-C port, both sharing the same controller bandwidth. Three USB-A ports and an HDMI 2.1 output handle legacy peripherals and external displays. The 802.11be wireless LAN provides the Wi-Fi link, but no wired Ethernet port is present, so dock users must rely on the included 7-in-1 docking station for a physical network connection.

16GB soldered LPDDR5X memory

The 16GB LPDDR5X module is fixed to the motherboard, making memory capacity the single specification that decides suitability. Buyers who need more than 16GB for virtual machines, large datasets or heavy creative workloads cannot expand it and should look elsewhere. The 2TB internal SSD plus the bundled 1TB docking-station drive provide 3TB total storage, but only the internal drive is directly upgradeable.
