The HP ProLiant DL380 Gen10 is a 2U rack server configured with two Intel Xeon Gold 6136 processors, each running at 3.00GHz with 12 cores. It ships with 128GB of DDR4 memory and two 1.2TB 2.5-inch SAS drives. A 331FLR quad-port NIC provides four Ethernet connections for network-intensive tasks.

Dual-socket architecture sustains heavy

With 24 total cores across both CPUs, the system maintains throughput for virtualization, databases and ERP workloads without relying on short burst speeds. DDR4 SmartMemory scales to 3TB, giving headroom for memory-heavy applications and future growth. The Smart Array controller manages RAID protection across the SAS drives to keep data secure during sustained write activity.

Chassis supports up to 24 SFF bays for storage

The 10-bay SFF front cage uses 2.5-inch SAS and SATA drives; NVMe is also supported on this platform for faster tiers. Internal expansion is limited to the installed quad-port NIC unless additional risers are added. Maximum memory of 3TB requires specific DIMM types not included in this configuration.
