Under continuous demand the dual eight-core CPUs maintain their 2.4 GHz base frequency while the redundant fans and power supplies share thermal and electrical load. The H240ar controller manages parity calculations for RAID 5, 6, 50 or 60 without a dedicated cache module, so write throughput scales with the number of active SAS spindles. ECC memory corrects single-bit errors in flight, preserving data integrity during long compute runs.
